As an electrical engineer, I was the only or one of few in most of my classes and early career as a software engineer. As I rose into leadership, my competence was regularly questioned. I struggled a lot myself whether I belonged in the room, at the table, and in the lead.
Now I share with women around the world how I have grappled with my imposter syndrome so that you can be comfortable in yourself, put yourself at the table, and in the lead.

About the Host
I live and work to bring together diverse individuals into high performing teams. Whether it is across companies, within companies and across silos, or within a group of individuals trying to work together, we waste a lot of time and energy on misunderstandings and conflicts. From the earliest points in my career, I have been a bridge. I bridge cultures and companies to align on a common understanding, agreed goals and targets so that we could execute them successfully. I am also a light. I help people see the potential within them and bring it out for the best of the company. When we find our own light, we can bring it together with others to do amazing things. Finally, I am a spark, who gets things going and makes things happen. I might not be a deep expert myself, but I love to learn and am not afraid to engage with different expertises and competences to make decisions and move things forward. I love to work with individuals, teams and companies, to give you clarity, energy and drive to do great things. I bring experience and tools, but most importantly, an ability to listen and address root cause to bring your teams to world-class performance and execution.
