HOW WE PARTNER WITH YOU
BECOMING A CULTURIST
Joining the network
Culturists (you) register on Culture Vitale, and provide:
- Their provider details
- The experiences/workshops they’d like to offer via us
- Duration(s) and capacity of each session
- Rates charged to Culture Vitale (not final client)
- Locations and languages you offer

Culture Vitale reviews the submission, requests reviews if needed, and validates the registration.
All registrations subject to fit, review, and approval, which may take some time. We appreciate your patience.

Summary: We organize a Culture Vitale event with the client, and partner with you as a provider for Culture Vitale.
- Culture Vitale works with clients to determine their needs, budget, dates, location.
- Culture Vitale curates and proposes suitable Culturists (you)/workshops to clients, based on:
– Suitability to client needs
– Location and timing
– Budget vs. costs of workshop - Culture Vitale contacts the relevant Culturists (you) for the workshops the client is interested in, checks availability and requests quotes.
- Each Culturist (you) quotes and invoices Culture Vitale directly for their full services (including workshop, any travel).
- Culture Vitale quotes and invoices clients a single full event fee (including all services – curation, workshops, catering, permits, venue etc.)
- Important: Your exact fee is not presented to the client.
- Culturists (you) sign with Culture Vitale standard engagement term for 1x workshop
- Culture Vitale signs with client an overall event engagement terms with client
- Client pays Culture Vitale directly; Culture Vitale pays Culturists (you) the full amount you’ve quoted

SECONDARY / OPTIONAL
Longer/External Bookings via Culture Vitale
Summary: We can facilitate the promotion and booking of your other activities via our clients, for currently a 19% commission on bookings through us.
We’re happy to support the promotion of your other activities (and for you to talk about these yourself) so long as it does not cannibalise the services you provide/overall activities and services of Culture Vitale.
Culture Vitale can also promote your other/broader services to an existing Culture Vitale client you’ve had a session with, or new clients (to a select few providers – subject to assessment)
– For example, you’ve done a 45-minute meditation session at a client’s office, and they may be presented a longer program of yours subsequently.
– For a ‘Culturist’ we deem fit, we may promote them directly with new clients (eg. calls/meetings), via mailing, campaigns, events, webinars etc.
We currently offer this on a 19% commission basis for bookings acquired through Culture Vitale.
Billing can be organized based on the type of bookings.
Commission Invoicing (Primary): Culturist invoice Client; Culture Vitale invoices Culturist 19% of the invoiced amount. Example process –
- Introduction: Culturist offers a small workshop to a client at a Culture Vitale event.
- Referral: Culture Vitale client then books a larger non-Culture Vitale offering (eg. 1:1) with the Culturist (Culturist handles booking).
- Double-confirmation: Client or Culturist reports this; Culture Vitale confirms this with the other party.
- Invoicing: Culture Vitale invoices the Culturist 19% of the booking value.
Package Invoicing: Culture Vitale invoices client and pays the Culturist (you) amount post-commission. Generally primarily for co-branded or partnered events etc.
Note: This is 100% facultative and not our core offering.
Culture Vitale x Culturist – Partnered Experiences
We can co-develop larger Culture Vitale x Culturist partnered experiences together. Limited availability for select Culturists. Examples:
Culture Vitale and Culturist (you) co-develop a longer/more elaborate session with a specific format. This may be a full-day, half-day, multiple days, or recurring session.
Culture Vitale promotes this to relevant clients. The package is invoiced by Culture Vitale to the client. Culture Vitale directly pays Culturists.
