Your Sessions

In the following page you will be able to add your sessions or workshops. These must be designed for groups. Ideal duration of mini-experiences between 15-90 minutes. These could be shorter/taster versions of your full sessions, or your regular length if your sessions are already short.

Administrative Details

Promotion & Partnerships

We’re happy for you to/help you to promote your offering and other services to help you secure clients (details in additional support section below).
 
The ‘fairness’ ask: We ask that if we present our client to you, you do not bypass Culture Vitale to book that client yourself.
 
Example: If Culture Vitale books a provider (eg. you) to offer a mini 30 minute in-office meditation session for our client, we’re happy to promote your longer meditation/mindfulness workshops, courses, meditation days experiences, group sessions in your studio, or anything else you do. However, we’d ask that you do not ask our client to bypass us next time and book the next session directly with you.
 
Exceptions may exist and be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. This has no impact on your relationship with your other clients.
 
No exclusivity restrictions: You can work with anyone else or any other platform you’d like – no restrictions.

Additional Promotion Support (optional).

Explanation: Through Culture Vitale we/you can promote your other/broader services to clients (a client you’ve had a session with, or new clients).
 
For example, you’ve done a 45-minute meditation session at a client’s office, and they may be presented your mediation program at your studio subsequently.
 
We currently offer this on a 19% commission basis, and for a select number of providers (subject to assessment), we may promote them directly with new clients (eg. calls/meetings), via mailing, campaigns, events, webinars etc. Note, we are not able to promote all providers.
 
This is completely optional. 

Community is Everything 😊

At the heart of all this is to build a community to support each other. Culture Vitale also plans to organize social meetups and networking sessions to help you connect with other professionals of arts and culture, wellness, and development, and more, via our network. Let us know if you’re interested in being invited.

Free Thought Leadership/Speaking Opportunities

We may have free speaking/thought-leadership opportunities from a small number of our Culturists. This is a great opportunity to brand/position yourselves in front of senior decision-makers of multiple major organizations. These may speaking at physical events, on webinars, round table invitations and the like. Please note, these are highly selective opportunities, and may only be suitable for very experienced profiles.
