Note: These must be group activities. Ideal duration of mini-experiences between 15-90 minutes. These could be shorter/taster versions of your full sessions, or your regular length if your sessions are already short.

KEY GUIDELINES/TIPS
1. Clarity: What are the exact activities you will offer? What are the exact benefits? (eg. music -> enjoyment, relaxation, cultural immersion)
2. Corporate-Friendly: Nothing 18+, esoteric/mystic, ideological, offensive, etc.
3. Creatively Unique: Bring your personal flavor to the session you propose. Whether it’s meditation, wine tasting, or team building – think of how you could differentiate, stand out!

Examples:

Title: Aromatherapy Soap Making
Description: Guide attendees through the principles of aromatherapy, followed by a hands-on soap making workshop where each participant makes a soap based on their scent of choice. Helps team-building, relaxation, creativity.
Duration (min-max): 30 min – 1 hour
Group size: 3-10

Title: Mindful Breathwork Session
Description: A guided session of mindful breathwork and meditation to reduce stress, get in touch with one’s body, and increase mental state of wellbeing.
Duration (min-max): 15 min – 45 min
Group size: 1-50

Administrative Details

Promotion & Partnerships

We’re happy for you to promote your full offering and other services during or after the engagement to help you secure longer-term clients.
The exceptions: We prefer you do not promote the exact same offering that you’re providing through Culture Vitale yourself directly to the same client. Or to promote another external organization that provides an identical/similar offering to Culture Vitale.
 
Example: If a provider offers a mini 20 minute in-office meditation session with Culture Vitale, you’re more than welcome to promote your longer meditation/mindfulness workshops, courses, meditation days experiences, group sessions in your studio, your social media and everything else you do. However, we’d ask not to offer to do them a similar/same 20-30 minute meditation session at their office next time directly, bypassing us.
 
Exceptions may exist and be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
 
No exclusivity restrictions: You can work with anyone else or any other platform you’d like – no restrictions.

100% Optional:  Want additional active support to promote you?

Explanation: Culture Vitale can also actively promote your services (these and others) for a commission on additional bookings from these promotions. We may do this directly with clients, via mailing, campaigns, events, webinars etc. This may be to promote the services you provide via Culture Vitale or your overall/broader services/company.

This is completely optional. Note, we are not able to promote all providers, and this is subject to assessment.

Culture Vitale also plans to organize social meetups and networking sessions to help you connect with other professionals of arts and culture, wellness, and development, and more, via our network.
