Bogdan Grigore

Bogdan Grigore – Is part of IAF EME Leadership team and participants describe him as a playful facilitator. His style is a mix of facilitation combined with fun theatre and improv activities. For more than 20 years he facilitated workshops for individuals and teams from companies like Apple, Samsung, Adobe, IBM, Vodafone, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Pirelli, Unilever, Mcdonalds and others. In 2008 he founded Improvizatie.ro , the first company from Romania using Applied Improvisation in Business. In 2020 he founded IAF Romania – the local chapter of International Association of Facilitators where over 80 facilitators are developing their skills and help promoting the power of Facilitaton.
He is certified in Applied Improvisation in Business, Emotional Culture workshops, Group Facilitation Methods , Rituals for Teams, Wellbeing, NLP and Human Synergistics,
