Additional Notes
I have also done short programmones on martial arts and how to transfer some techniques into verbal and non verbal stances. (3rd Dan Taekwondo – 16 years of practices, and still practising). I noticed that trainees realy enjoy and memorized those short sessions. To be discussed.
