About the Host

I'm a certified fitness instructor, and Yoga and Pilates teacher with teaching experience of 16 years. I have taught different kinds of classes to people from all ages in schools, dance studios, gyms and holiday resorts. Before becoming a fitness and yoga instructor, I taught dance, theatre and circus arts. My first education is a circus artist with a long background in other performing arts. I can easily also keep group improvisation, movement improvisation and fun group games. Besides the physical and artistic work, I have kept lots of different kinds of presentations too. My second degree is from communications, and I have worked years as a Communication Specialist. However, at the moment I'm working more in the fitness and wellbeing industry. My mission is to make people healthier and happier.

I have certificates of Dance Pedagogy, Social Circus pedagogy, Circus Arts, Personal Training, Pilates Teacher, Yoga Teacher, Aerial Yoga Teacher, Indoor Cycling Instructor, and GX instructor.
I have an Insurance.
