Workshop

Description

articipants are introduced to the dynamics of a professional writers’ room, where diverse voices collaborate to solve creative challenges under time pressure. The group watches a selected short film or TV episode, then breaks into smaller teams to design either a continuation, a new ending, or an alternate version of the story. This exercise trains participants to reframe complex problems, explore multiple solutions, and embrace “yes, and…” collaboration instead of competitive debate. By stepping into the role of co-creators, teams learn how to merge contrasting perspectives into a unified outcome.

Benefits
