About the Host
I am an experienced yoga and wellbeing facilitator with over 15 years of international teaching experience, working with diverse audiences in professional, retreat, and cultural contexts. Based in Portugal and active across Europe, I support individuals and teams in reconnecting with their bodies, breath, and inner balance through grounded, accessible practices.
My approach blends mindful movement, breath awareness, meditation, and deep relaxation, with a strong emphasis on presence, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness. I am known for creating calm, inclusive, and professionally held spaces where participants feel safe to slow down, reset, and engage more fully, both individually and collectively.
Alongside my wellbeing practice, I bring a strong background in international project coordination and conscious hospitality. This allows me to work with ease in corporate and cross-cultural environments, adapt intuitively to group dynamics, and deliver experiences that are both meaningful and well-structured.
I am passionate about offering moments of genuine pause within fast-paced professional settings, helping teams cultivate clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of connection through embodied, human-centred experiences.
Travel Locations
Europe-wide.
Based in Portugal. Willing to travel by airplane or train across Europe, provided transportation and accommodation costs are covered by the client/organiser.
Open to collaborations in Portugal, France, Spain, BENELUX, Germany, Italy, and other European destinations (travel costs quoted separately depending on location).

Qualifications & Certifications Yoga Teacher Training – 800+ hours (DGERT Certified), Portugal (2021–2023) Postgraduate Diploma in History of Art, The Courtauld Institute of Art, London Master of Arts (MA) in International Business, University of Edinburgh Erasmus Programme, Université Paris-Dauphine, Paris International Baccalaureate Diploma, St. Julian’s School, Portugal Professional Experience & Competencies Over 10 years of experience teaching yoga to international groups in wellness, retreat, and institutional contexts Experienced in working with corporate, public, and cross-cultural audiences Fluent in English and Portuguese; conversational French and Spanish Insurance Professional insurance: available upon request / can be arranged as required for collaborations
