This workshop blends anchoring techniques with mindfulness principles to help participants strengthen presence and focus. They will be guided through exercises to anchor positive states and increase awareness of how to “reset” during stressful moments. Each participant leaves with a practical anchor they can use anytime to restore calm and clarity.

- Guided practice anchoring a resourceful emotional state
- Partner work: practicing presence in challenging scenarios
