Workshop
Description
This workshop guides delegates to explore self-awareness and personal growth through craft. Using simple materials like fabric, paper, beads, and thread, participants create a small symbolic piece a patchwork collage, beaded token, or stitched mandala representing their values, aspirations, or current state.
The process combines guided reflection, hands-on creativity, and optional sharing, working with participants uncover insights, release stress, and connect with their inner creativity. Delegates leave with a tangible object and a reflective practice they can continue independently.
Benefits
Participants gain greater self-awareness by reflecting on their values, goals, and personal growth. The hands-on craft process encourages creative expression, stress relief, and mindfulness, making insights more tangible and memorable. Delegates also develop a practical reflective tool they can continue using on their own, fostering ongoing personal development and connection to their inner creativity.
