About Colleen

Colleen Jack is a facilitator, consultant, and learning practitioner with over 20 years’ experience working across leadership development, organisational learning, and culture change. Her work spans corporate, creative, and entrepreneurial environments, where she has supported individuals and teams to navigate complexity, develop capability, and work more consciously together.

Colleen’s professional background includes senior roles and consulting engagements in industries such as telecommunications, technology, fashion, and the private sector. She has designed and delivered learning and development programmes, facilitated workshops and strategic conversations, and coached leaders and professionals across three continents.

With more than 4,500 hours of coaching and facilitation experience, Colleen brings a depth of practice that is both reflective and practical. She is known for creating learning environments that are thoughtful, inclusive, and action-oriented, spaces where people feel safe to explore challenges, question assumptions, and experiment with new ways of thinking and working.

Her approach integrates facilitation, coaching, systems thinking, and creative practices. This allows her to work effectively with diverse groups, from senior leadership teams to cross-functional and multidisciplinary communities. She has a particular interest in how learning, culture, and leadership intersect, and in supporting organisations to develop adaptive, human-centred ways of working.

Colleen is recognised for her ability to hold complexity with clarity and care, balancing structure with openness, and strategy with meaning. Her work is grounded in curiosity, integrity, and a belief that sustainable change begins with how people learn, relate, and make sense of their work together.
