In this workshop, participants explore the neuroscience of breath and its impact on the nervous system, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing. Through guided breathing and movement practices, they directly experience how different techniques can shift their nervous state, enhance focus, and deepen self-awareness. The workshop will also offer space for questions and experience sharing to integrate the learning.

About the Host
A certified Yoga Teacher, Somatic Therapist, and Facilitator with 6 years of experience supporting individuals and groups in both corporate and community settings. I specialise in fostering self-awareness, resilience and connection through body-based practices that integrate ancient wisdom with modern, trauma- and nervous-system-informed approaches.
My work helps people to build stronger mind-body awareness, develop self-compassion, and cultivate well-being in the face of everyday stress and challenge.
With training across multiple modalities—including Hatha, Yin, Pregnancy, and Hormone Yoga, as well as somatic and therapeutic approaches—I create heart-centered, inclusive spaces where individuals and teams can thrive.

Client Requirements
Depending on the session and if it's in person or online. For yoga sessions or mindfulness sessions if in person, I require a room with mats and cushions, for online it is enough they have their own space at home. If it's an interactive and educational session in person, a projector and whiteboard will be needed.
