Description
1 in 10 women leave the workforce due to a lack of support during their menopausal transition. At the same time, 58% of employees under 25 have admitted to telling employers they had the flu or a stomach bug to justify absenteeism—when in fact they were experiencing period-related discomfort.
Common menstrual struggles include physical and emotional discomfort, managing leaks and bleeding, accessing facilities and products, and coping with stigma—all of which can significantly impact well-being and productivity. Now more than ever, employees are demanding more from work: flexibility, genuine care for their health, and a culture that prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This means acknowledging and supporting them throughout their menstrual and menopausal health journeys.

About the Host
I am a coach, consultant, and workshop facilitator who has spent the last nine years sparking conversations and creating change around women’s health. Whether working one-on-one with clients, leading corporate trainings, or facilitating group workshops, I bring science, strategy, and soul together to help people better understand their bodies and unlock new levels of vitality, balance, and confidence. As a consultant, I have partnered with global companies, startups, and organizations to make women’s health a priority in the workplace and beyond. As a coach, I guide women through the ups and downs of their cycles and perimenopause, helping them navigate this transformative time with more clarity and trained resilience. And as a facilitator, I'm known for creating dynamic, safe, and interactive spaces where even the most “taboo” topics feel approachable, relevant, and even empowering.
