Workshop
Description
This workshop uses Greek myths of the feminine and masculine to explore timeless archetypes and their influence on identity, leadership, and relationships. Through storytelling, reflection, and creative exercises, delegates uncover the psychological patterns, strengths, and shadow aspects within themselves.
Participants gain insight into their personal and professional dynamics, learn to harness their innate potential, and develop a deeper understanding of how archetypal energy shapes behaviour, decision-making, and interactions with others.
Benefits
Delegates gain a deeper understanding of their inner archetypes and how these influence behaviour, leadership, and relationships. The use of props allows participants to physically embody archetypal energies, making insights tangible and memorable. Attendees develop self-awareness, confidence, and presence, learn to recognise both strengths and shadow patterns, and leave with practical tools to navigate personal and professional challenges with greater clarity and authenticity.
