In this dynamic session, participants are guided through simple movement explorations set to music, designed to release stress and unlock creativity. No dance experience is required, the focus is on freedom of expression, playfulness, and connection. The workshop includes gentle warm-up, guided free movement, and group reflection, creating a fun and energizing experience that brings participants into the present moment and strengthens team spirit.

About the Host

Ariana Christensen is a transformational guide and holistic practitioner dedicated to helping individuals return to their authentic selves. With extensive experience in mindfulness instruction, life coaching, and somatic healing practices, she weaves together a multidisciplinary approach that includes psychosomatic bodywork, hypnotherapy, expressive breathwork, and trauma-informed facilitation. Her work is rooted in deep compassion and presence, offering safe and powerful spaces for people to release what no longer serves them and reconnect with their inner truth. Ariana believes transformation is not only about letting go of the past but also about embodying one’s innate wisdom and stepping into a life aligned with purpose. Through her workshops, retreats, and private sessions, she invites individuals to explore the landscapes of their body, heart, and mind, fostering emotional freedom, authentic connection, and the courage to live fully.

Certifications & Credentials

I am a certified mindfulness instructor, cognitive behavioral coach, and transformational coach (ACC with ICF), as well as trained in hypnotherapy, emotional release facilitation, and somatic bodywork. I also have extensive experience in guiding group workshops and retreats internationally, always bringing a trauma-informed and holistic approach.

At present I do not hold a specific public liability insurance, but I am happy to arrange this if required by the venue or client.

Client Requirements

For the workshops, a calm and open space where participants can move freely is ideal. Yoga mats are helpful but not essential, as participants can also bring their own if needed. A sound system would support the flow of the session, and while a microphone could be beneficial for larger groups, it is not a strict requirement. The most important aspect is creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can fully engage in the experience.
