Workshop
Description
This highly interactive, experiential workshop helps participants feel the difference between their “stuck” and “unstuck” selves — and discover a simple ‘fear-buster’ to shift from one to the other.
Benefits
Through body-based practices participants will first explore their “stuck self” - noticing sensations, posture, and energy, as well as the emotions and stories that arise. Then they’ll shift into their “unstuck self,” experiencing what changes when they stand in a place of greater possibility.
Alongside guided reflection and peer sharing, each participant will design one or two tiny practical experiments inspired by their unstuck self -small actions to gently stretch their comfort zone. They’ll commit to a timeline for trying them, and we’ll agree on an accountability and support structure to ensure follow-through and learning.

About the Host
I have 28 years experience as a strategist in communication, where I led several workshops and group sessions for corporate clients. I have been a coach for 6 years and a full-time coach for almost 2 years, working 1-2-1 and with groups. I specialise in somatic coaching (meaning working through the body) which can help people – amongst other things – work with their nervous system, create better relationships, and be better leaders. I am also a yoga teacher, hence used to leading people through visualisations, meditations, and breathing exercises, on top of movement practices.
Certifications & Credentials
I have insurance (public liability) for both coaching and teaching yoga, and I can teach, coach and train outside of the UK (except Canada and the US). I am a certified coach from the International Coaching Federation. I qualified as a Brain-based coach, as an Ontolopgical Coach (with the Newfield Network) and trained in somatic coaching with the Strozzi Institute.
Client Requirements
It depends on the workshop. Probably a screen if I have a presentation. Chairs to sit on, and space to move. If I do a yoga workshp I will need yoga mats and space obviously
