Workshop

Description

Participants will be guided through a practical meditation journey designed to reduce stress, restore inner calm and re-focus. Using a mix of proven meditation techniques, including breathing exercises, body scan, and mindful reflection, you will learn to step out of stress mode and reconnect with a sense of ease. The session also includes guided journaling prompts to help you gain clarity, process your thoughts, and identify what truly supports your well-being at work.

No prior experience with meditation or journaling is required—just an open mind and a willingness to pause.

About the Host

With more than 10 years of experience in mindfulness practices and as a facilitator, I have extensive experience in leading courses and workshops with small and large groups with a focus on resilience and stress management at the workplace. I also guide meditations for groups and individuals combing mindfulness techniques from the Eastern and Western tradition together with journaling practices. Furthermore, I facilitate sessions to promote innovate ideas at the workplace as well as to foster team cohesion. Previously, I conducted projects with Google, PricewaterhouseCoopers, the German Technical Cooperation, Fallings Walls Foundation, Max-Planck-Innovation GmbH and SOS Kinderdorf.

Certifications & Credentials

I am a certified mindfulness trainer (Shree Mahesh Heritage, Rishikesh), facilitator ("Generative Facilitation Institute, Berlin) and astrologer (AstroPraxis Hamburg).
I also have an insurane for my trainings.
