About the Host

I’m a trilingual, world-travelling facilitator, learning designer, and therapist with over 10 years’ experience designing and delivering transformational learning experiences. My work spans corporate, educational, and community settings, where I create safe, human-centred spaces for individuals, teams, and organisations to reconnect with what matters and grow with clarity and purpose. Blending embodied practices, narrative tools, and innovative learning design, I specialise in leadership development, behavioural change, and aligning people’s work with their values. I bring a culturally rich, emotionally attuned approach—and a deep belief that when people feel safe, seen, and connected to themselves, they lead and live differently, contributing more fully and sustainably to the success of those around them.

Most of my sessions are online so this requires Internet access. Also, they should be in a space where they will not be interrupted, and for some of my sessions, ideally with a blanket and anything that can make them feel safe.
