About the Host
I am an advanced instructor in the Oxygen Advantage® technique and an experienced movement practitioner with over a decade of work in theatre, martial arts, and somatic training. My approach combines evidence-based breathwork with creative movement practices to help people cultivate energy, focus, and resilience in both their personal and professional lives. I create engaging, supportive spaces where individuals feel grounded, present, and better connected to themselves and those around them. Whether working with creative professionals, educators, or corporate teams, I focus on reducing stress, improving performance, and fostering collaboration. Clients and colleagues often describe my sessions as both energising and calming — a rare balance that leaves participants refreshed, focused, and better equipped to meet the demands of their work.
