I am an advanced instructor in the Oxygen Advantage® technique and an experienced movement practitioner with over a decade of work in theatre, martial arts, and somatic training. My approach combines evidence-based breathwork with creative movement practices to help people cultivate energy, focus, and resilience in both their personal and professional lives. I create engaging, supportive spaces where individuals feel grounded, present, and better connected to themselves and those around them.
