This Workshop is designed for professionals working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments who want to maintain strong performance without sacrificing their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Using applied neuroscience, stress physiology, and practical self-regulation tools, participants learn how pressure impacts the brain, decision-making, focus, and resilience over time.

The session explores how chronic stress leads to exhaustion, disengagement, and burnout — and how to interrupt this cycle through sustainable performance strategies.

Participants engage in short experiential exercises, guided reflections, and practical techniques that can be immediately applied in their daily work routines.

The session includes:

About the Host

I am an experienced HR and leadership development professional, trainer and coach, with nearly 20 years of work in international and corporate environments across Europe.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with leaders and teams facing high pressure, change, and emotional overload. This experience led me to specialize in stress management, emotional intelligence, mindful leadership and self-regulation, integrating neuroscience, mindfulness and practical leadership tools.
Alongside my executive and consulting roles, I have designed and delivered training programs, workshops and coaching journeys focused on wellbeing, resilience, decision-making and sustainable performance, always grounded in evidence, ethics and real workplace challenges.

My approach is human, practical and reflective. I create safe spaces where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop greater emotional awareness, clarity and presence — both personally and professionally.
I believe that wellbeing and development are not “extra” initiatives, but essential foundations for healthy teams, responsible leadership and long-term organizational success.
I enjoy working in diverse, multicultural contexts and adapting my sessions to different cultures, industries and organizational realities, always respecting the boundaries between learning, coaching and therapeutic work.
