
I am an experienced HR and leadership development professional, trainer and coach, with nearly 20 years of work in international and corporate environments across Europe.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with leaders and teams facing high pressure, change, and emotional overload. This experience led me to specialize in stress management, emotional intelligence, mindful leadership and self-regulation, integrating neuroscience, mindfulness and practical leadership tools.
Alongside my executive and consulting roles, I have designed and delivered training programs, workshops and coaching journeys focused on wellbeing, resilience, decision-making and sustainable performance, always grounded in evidence, ethics and real workplace challenges.
My approach is human, practical and reflective. I create safe spaces where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop greater emotional awareness, clarity and presence — both personally and professionally.
I believe that wellbeing and development are not “extra” initiatives, but essential foundations for healthy teams, responsible leadership and long-term organizational success.
