About the Host

Former FMCG Quality leader turned wellbeing facilitator. Certified yoga instructor with corporate insight. I help teams reduce stress, improve focus and build resilience through movement, breathwork, and reflective practice.

With over a decade leading quality, compliance and cross‑functional initiatives in global FMCG environments, I understand the realities of high‑pressure workplaces: the pace, the expectations, and the human impact behind performance metrics.

As a certified yoga instructor and wellbeing facilitator, I bring a unique combination of corporate insight and evidence‑based wellbeing practice. My work integrates alignment‑focused movement, breathwork, and reflective coaching to help individuals regulate stress, improve focus, and build emotional resilience.

I founded Listen in Wisdom to support organisations in creating healthier, more human‑centred cultures. Through workshops and tailored wellbeing experiences, I help teams navigate pressure with greater clarity, steadiness and presence, enabling people to feel better and perform better.

Travel Locations

Primarily UK and Europe, but I am open to global travel for retreats & more intensive workshops.

I love traveling to bring these sessions to new spaces. To make the planning as smooth as possible for your team, I use the following simple guidelines:
Travel fees & formats:
Central London (Zones 1-3): Included in base rate.
Greater London & Home Counties: (+£50) + travel expenses.
UK National (Long distance): (+£150) + rail/mileage at cost.
Europe: (+£350) + Eurostar/flight at cost.
Rest of World: (+£600) + travel at cost.

Accommodation: if a session starts early morning or spans multiple days, I kindly ask for accommodation to be arranged or reimbursed. I generally look for a 4-star or equivalent professional standard to ensure a quiet space for session prep, but I’m always happy to discuss quality local alternatives if a 4-star option isn't available nearby.

Logistics for retreats: for international trips or multi-day retreats, I’m happy to negotiate a flat-rate logistics package. This keeps things simple for the finance team.

Client Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing a space and yoga mats and any necessary props (blocks, straps, etc.) for their employees. If an on-site space is unavailable, I can source a local studio rental (additional charge on top of my standard fee).

I have experience delivering mindfulness and chair yoga sessions within global corporate environments, including FMCGs. My background includes 10 years in fast-paced organizations, giving me a firsthand understanding of the physical and mental stamina required in high-pressure roles. Beyond the corporate sphere, I have a proven track record of leading 1:1 private wellbeing programs and group classes across prominent London studios. I am currently launching Listen In Wisdom to deliver high-impact wellness sessions for organizations that prioritize sustainable employee performance and mental health.
