Description

This interactive workshop explores healthier and more sustainable approaches to productivity, stress management and wellbeing. The workshop focuses on identifying common stressors, implementing recovery rituals and developing actionable habits to sustain focus without leading to burnout. Participants learn practical, evidence-based tools to improve focus, manage stress and support long-term energy, resilience and mental clarity. The session also includes mindfulness, breathwork and simple wellbeing practices that can be integrated into daily routines.
