Participants are guided through practical strategies and tools to better manage energy, establish healthier professional and personal boundaries, and build more sustainable daily routines. Inspired by Ayurvedic principles and the Ayurvedic body clock, the session explores how aligning daily habits with natural energy cycles can support focus, productivity and overall wellbeing. The workshop focuses on moving away from reactive habits toward more intentional and balanced routines that help prevent burnout, improve energy management and support long-term work-life balance.
