Workshop

Description

This lab transforms idea-generation into a playful, high-output process. Participants move through three stages:
Seed Phase – using visual prompts, metaphors, or “what if” questions to spark raw ideas.
Mash-Up Phase – ideas are randomly combined into unexpected hybrids, forcing participants to think beyond comfort zones.
Forge Phase – small groups rapidly prototype these hybrids into short pitches, slogans, or scenarios, which are then tested and refined by the larger group.
This workshop demonstrates how collective creativity can go further than individual brainstorming, especially for innovation pipelines, new product ideas, or reframing organizational challenges.

Benefits

Unlock creativity through structured play
Learn to embrace surprise, randomness, and risk in ideation
Leave with dozens of fresh, collaborative ideas
