Description
In this creative and interactive session, participants design visionboards to visualize and clarify goals. The workshop can focus on various themes, such as New Year intentions, launching a new project, or team development – envisioning how the team can grow and collaborate effectively. Guided reflection exercises help participants identify priorities, motivations, and aspirations, while hands-on creation encourages engagement, creativity, and intention-setting. This workshop fosters motivation, confidence, and ownership over one’s goals, providing a visual tool to guide progress and inspire action throughout the year.
We are going to utilizing simple, tactile materials, paper, colors, scissors, collages, etc...to engage participants in a grounded, hands-on creative process.

I have over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and am now a coach and facilitator specializing in work-life balance and wellbeing.
