Description
This 30-minute virtual workshop invites participants to reconnect with their bodies through gentle, intuitive movement guided from within.
Rather than following structured exercises or external choreography, this session focuses on internal sensation as the starting point for movement. Participants are guided to listen to their bodies, explore subtle impulses, and allow movement to emerge organically—supporting a deeper sense of embodiment, release, and self-awareness.
In many work environments, the body becomes secondary to thinking and productivity. Over time, this can lead to tension, disconnection, and reduced vitality. This session offers a space to reverse that pattern—bringing attention back into the body and allowing movement to become a tool for regulation and renewal.
What the session includes:
- Arrival & Body Awareness (3–5 min)
A guided check-in to shift attention from the mind into the body, noticing sensations, posture, and areas of tension. - Introduction to Somatic Movement (3–5 min)
A short framing of how movement can arise from internal cues rather than external instruction—creating a safe and permission-based space to explore. - Guided Internal Exploration (10–12 min)
Participants are gently guided to sense into different areas of the body and follow natural impulses for movement—small, slow, and intuitive. - Expanding Movement & Flow (7–10 min)
Movement gradually becomes more fluid and expressive (always optional and adaptable), allowing for release of tension, increased circulation, and a sense of aliveness. - Integration & Stillness (3–5 min)
A soft landing into stillness to notice shifts in the body, breath, and overall state.
This session is non-performative and non-judgmental. There is no “right way” to move—participants are encouraged to stay within their own comfort and follow their own pace.
No prior experience is needed, and all movements can be done in a small space.

About the Host
My name is Sarah, and I am a certified Mind-Body Coach and Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner in training, specializing in nervous system regulation and embodied wellbeing. Through my work, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, their emotions, and their inner resilience. I believe that sustainable wellbeing doesn’t come from pushing through, but from learning how to feel safe, regulated, and present within ourselves. I create spaces where individuals can slow down, tune into their internal experience, and build a more grounded and responsive relationship with stress. My approach is gentle, attuned, and rooted in respect for each person’s pace and unique process. My background is in textile innovation and skin microbiome research, which gives me a unique lens on the connection between sensory experience, the body, and the nervous system. I’m deeply interested in how what we feel — both internally and externally — shapes our overall wellbeing. In my sessions, I integrate somatic practices such as breathwork, guided movement, and awareness-based techniques to support regulation, clarity, and a renewed sense of vitality. I care deeply about creating environments where women feel seen, supported, and able to reconnect with themselves in a meaningful and lasting way.
