Integrative Wellness Specialist: body, mind, and emotions with over 20 years of experience in individual and group sessions.
My experience as a therapist has been built over more than two decades dedicated to the study and practice of somatic approaches focused on well-being, creativity, and human development. My unique approach lies in my ability to integrate various body-based methodologies—Bioenergetics, Muscle Chains (GDS Method), Fascia Move Flow, and contemporary meditation practices—with expressive resources from the arts.
This combination allows me to work with the individual in their totality: mental programming, muscular and fascial structure, physical and emotional energy. The result is work that not only promotes physical and emotional regulation but also unlocks creativity, improves focus and communication with others through empathy, and awakens self-awareness in individuals as part of a collective or corporation.
Throughout my career, I have developed processes that help individuals and groups reconnect with vitality, authenticity, and creative power—always in safe, sensitive, and organized environments. My approach combines therapeutic depth, technical rigor, skilled listening, and the expressive freedom of the arts, creating transformative experiences that span the clinical, educational, and corporate fields.
This integrative vision, where the science of the body and mind, emotion, and art meet, is the foundation of my work and what sets me apart as a facilitator and therapist.
Examples of my achievements:
- Trainer and supervisor of therapists in various cities in Brazil and Europe since 2009.
- Facilitator of regular groups and workshops that integrate Muscle Chain and Fascial Release techniques with mental and emotional reprogramming for health and creativity.
- Speaker at in-person and online events on Body and Movement, Emotion and Health, Creativity and Personal Power, Reprogramming and Somatization.
- Partner and Manager of a Therapy Center in Rio de Janeiro (2017–2020).
- Partner and Manager of a Therapy Center in Lisbon (2021 to 2025).
Benefits
I have many possibilities to adapt depending on the environment and the characteristics and needs of the participants.
Here I present 3 different proposals of short and medium duration (up to 1 hour). However, a format with greater content and depth could be an option, making a session of up to 2 hours that includes sharing and empathy exercises to address a team issue/conflict to be addressed with lightness and good humor as a theme also during the body and expressive exercises, thus aligning the practice with the necessary content.
Proposals:
1- Body Reboot: Percussion, Grounding & Vibration to Reset the System
An experience that includes body percussion, grounding exercises, conscious breathing and relaxation.
Results and Benefits: relaxation to reduce stress, increased energy and physical and mental well-being, alignment, and self-confidence.
Time: It can be done in a short energizing session of 30 minutes or 1 hour including grounding and vibration exercises lying down and more time for proportional relaxation.
Session Details:
5 min Introduction of everyone and the Workshop
3 min percussion foot, leg and hip 1st side
3 min percussion foot, leg and hip 2nd side
1 min. Feel the difference between the lower and upper body
3 min percussion torso, neck and arms
1 min feeling the whole body
2 min percussion face and head
1 min standing feeling the whole body
2 min grounding below
2 min grounding above
3 min vibrate the body / release in free movements
5 min. Relax
5 min Each participant says 1 or 2 words about the experience.
Note: The entire experience is guided by the facilitator who may also use music to guide the process.
2-Pulse & Sing: Embodied Rhythm and Power to Unlock Your Voice and Empathy.
An experience that also includes body percussion, grounding exercises, conscious breathing, and relaxation, but in a way that generates self-confidence through the participants' vocal expression.
Results and Benefits: strengthening team relationships, empowerment, managing anxiety in public presentations, relaxation through expression and use of creativity, motivation, empathy, alignment, confidence, and engagement.
Time: It should be done in a session of at least 1 hour and 15 minutes. It can easily be extended to 2 hours, simply because participants enjoy it so much and want more time in the experience.
Session Details:
5 min Introduction of everyone and the Workshop
10 min Body Percussion
5 min Grounding with SOUND
5 min Breathing exercise to connect with physical energy and observe sensations
10 min Exercises to warm up and expand the voice
* Participants choose one of 3 suggested songs.
30 min (minimum) Games and rehearsal to sing together.
They sing together.
They exchange hugs while singing.
Optional: Sharing in pairs.
3-Body Alignment for Mental Focus
An experience that includes body percussion, balance exercises and body awareness with simple movements, eye exercises and relaxation.
Results and Benefits: increased focus, broader perspective on reality leading to innovative solutions, inner listening, balance, motivation, perspective, alignment, and resilience.
Time: It can be done in a short, energizing 40-minute session or 1 hour for more time on each exercise.
Session Details:
2 min Leg percussion
3 min Exercises to perceive balance in the body. Finding external balance.
10 min The conscious use of gait when walking and/or running
5 min Exercises for relaxation of the ocular muscle structure.
6 min Eye rotation for expanded vision.
10 min Seated exercise to find your center and inner balance.
10 min Silence / Relaxation.

About the Host
I am a sociologist, therapist, and artist with experience in well-being practices, movement, and creative expression. I work with active meditations, body and vocal awareness aimed at unlocking creativity and spontaneity—approaches I easily adapt to corporate environments to energize and revitalize teams. My background includes body psychotherapy, contemporary meditation, sociology, and artistic experiences in theatre, music, and performance, allowing me to create safe, light, and inspiring spaces for diverse groups.
I currently facilitate sessions focused on conscious movement, body and vocal expression, breathwork, relaxation, emotional regulation, and other well-being practices that translate seamlessly into the corporate context. I believe in the power of somatic therapy and creativity as tools to strengthen collaboration, increase vitality, and foster presence and connection within teams.
I can contribute to Culture Vitale by offering dynamic or contemplative mini-sessions—including grounding practices, movement and creativity exercises, simple breathwork and meditation techniques, or expressive activities that enhance energy, focus, and group integration. I have experience working with diverse groups, and I bring a communicative, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to sharing transformative practices in an accessible and uplifting way.
Based in Portugal, I work regularly as a freelancer and have functional English. I am eager to join Culture Vitale to share my work and co-create meaningful experiences within a network that values well-being and creativity.
