Description

You will learn how to brew both kombucha and water kefir from scratch, understanding the science behind each culture and how they differ. For kombucha, the workshop covers SCOBY care, first and second fermentation, flavouring, and carbonation. For water kefir, you will learn how to activate and feed your grains, adjust sweetness and fermentation time, and create naturally fizzy drinks packed with live cultures. You will also learn how to keep your cultures healthy long-term, and how to troubleshoot common problems like over-fermentation or weak carbonation.
