Description

Delegates will create a life-sized outline of themselves on a piece of cardboard paper (150cm wide, cut to their height). This outline becomes a personal canvas — a symbolic representation of who they are and who they are becoming.
Using a collage of cut-out pictures, textures, colors, and written words, participants will bring their Life Map to life by expressing:
Vision – their big picture for the future
Values & Beliefs – what grounds and guides them
Passions & Loves – what energises and inspires them
Aspirations – dreams, goals, and ambitions
Future Self – the person they are growing into
The finished Life Map is both creative and reflective — a visual story of identity, direction, and possibility.

Benefits

Delegates connect to their dreams and get specific about achieving their goals that they set and get to see a visual presentation of their aspirations and future self.
