A multilingual mindfulness and wellness guide based in Zurich, I specialize in creating premium wellbeing experiences that combine science and soul. With years of practice across yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and meditation, I help individuals and groups regulate stress, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves. My background in culinary arts and international hospitality gives me a unique ability to design experiences that feel both grounding and refined.
