With our eyes closed, we can finally look inwards and rediscover a silenced mind.
Breathing techniques and small easy movements to give oxygen to our muscles to let go stress and anger. Creating an oasis in the busy office space.
Attendees guided through meditation, followed by a workshop of making their own mandala or japa-mala. (to choose only 1, not both mandala and japa-mala together)
