Workshop

Description

A guided, interactive lunch experience where participants learn to bring mindfulness to everyday eating. Using MBSR-EAT principles, attendees are invited to slow down, notice the sensory experience of their food, and cultivate a non-judgmental awareness of hunger, fullness, and taste.

The experience includes:

  • Short introduction to mindful eating and its benefits for focus, stress reduction, and wellbeing

  • Guided eating practice with participants’ own lunch, focusing on senses, texture, and flavors

  • Reflection prompts and discussion to notice habitual eating patterns and cultivate awareness

  • Practical tips to integrate mindful eating into busy workdays or team settings

What I offer:
Live facilitation, guided practice, reflection prompts, and a supportive, inclusive environment. Minimal space or setup required—participants bring their own food.

Optional: every participant receives a Mindful Eating journal/workbook. Extra charge of $12 per participant

Benefits

Reduced stress during meals, improved attention and presence, increased appreciation for food and body cues, and practical strategies to enhance wellbeing in daily life.
