More than 9 years of professional experience in Human Resources and People department, Project Managment in Innovation and Education projects, and facilitating wellness programs, experiences and coach practice. Passionate about people wellness, mental health, education, art, nature and creating a positive impact in others and society.

Depends on the workshop. If it is online, maybe some basic art materials, private space, good internet conection, and an open mind. If it is in person, space to move, speakers and participants that are willing to open themselves to the experience.
