Description

Behind every great athlete is a finely trained mind. In this session, participants will explore the mental training strategies elite athletes use to stay calm, confident, and resilient under pressure. Attendees will be guided through practical exercises including visualisation and reframing techniques to strengthen focus and self-belief. The session combines teaching with hands-on practice, and each participant will leave with their own 'mental fitness routine' inspired by the champions of sport.

About the Host

I’m a Mindset and Transformation Coach who helps individuals and professionals move beyond their limitations and step into their full potential. With a background in Acupuncture, Eating Psychology, Strategic Psychotherapy, and Clinical Hypnotherapy -and insights from my own personal growth journey – I bring both depth of knowledge and genuine passion to every session. My interactive workshops are designed to be energising, practical, and impactful, helping participants let go of unhelpful patterns, build healthier habits, and develop the resilience to thrive under pressure. Every person leaves with strategies they can use straight away, creating immediate and measurable improvements in their wellbeing and performance. I am passionate about personal development. I have authored two self-help books and I regularly speak on podcasts and community radio.
