Description
This session invites participants to fully relax as they are immersed in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. The experience begins with a brief mindfulness and breathing practice to settle the body and mind. Once grounded, attendees lie or sit comfortably while the singing bowls are played in a rhythmic pattern that promotes nervous system balance and deep relaxation. Subtle aromatherapy enhances the sensory environment. The session ends with a short journaling exercise to capture reflections or sensations from the experience, helping participants integrate the calm and clarity they’ve cultivated.

About the Host
I am a New York-based multidisciplinary artist and wellness facilitator with a background that bridges creative expression, mindfulness, and community healing. My career has taken me from choreographing for Off Broadway stages and large arenas like Madison Square Garden to leading meditation and wellness sessions for organizations such as Google, NYU, and Mt. Sinai Hospital. Over the years, I have developed a practice rooted in the belief that art and wellness are two languages of the same truth. Both reconnect us to ourselves and to each other. My approach weaves together movement, sound therapy, meditation, aromatherapy, and energy work to create experiences that restore balance and spark inspiration. Whether I am guiding a group through mindful movement, a sensory meditation, or a creative exploration, my goal is always the same: to leave people feeling more grounded, open, and alive.
