Format: Guided group session (no prior experience required)

Description:
A structured nervous system reset designed for high-demand environments. This session supports participants in shifting out of chronic stress activation into a more regulated, clear and grounded state.

Using breathwork, simple somatic practices, and guided downregulation, the session focuses on one thing: helping the body exit “performance mode” and return to functional clarity.

No spiritual framing, no complexity — just evidence-informed regulation practices that work in real life.

What we’ll do:

  • Arrival + short nervous system check-in
  • Breath-based downregulation techniques (practical + repeatable)
  • Simple somatic release for accumulated tension (neck, shoulders, spine)
  • Guided integration in stillness

About the Host

I’m a yoga teacher, meditation and breathwork facilitator with over 10 years of experience, working at the intersection of body awareness, nervous system regulation, and modern life. My work is rooted in yoga therapy and a trauma-aware approach — grounded in what actually supports people in a sustainable way, not just surface-level wellness or quick fixes.

I create spaces that are simple, intentional, and human. Spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their body, and build a more honest relationship with stress, performance, and themselves.

In a culture that often pushes for more, faster, and better, my work offers a different direction: less noise, more awareness — and real impact through presence, clarity, and embodied experience.
