
I’m a yoga teacher, meditation and breathwork facilitator with over 10 years of experience, working at the intersection of body awareness, nervous system regulation, and modern life. My work is rooted in yoga therapy and a trauma-aware approach — grounded in what actually supports people in a sustainable way, not just surface-level wellness or quick fixes.
I create spaces that are simple, intentional, and human. Spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their body, and build a more honest relationship with stress, performance, and themselves.
