Step away from screens and reconnect with your senses through a guided Forest Mind Journey — a nature-based experience that brings clarity, calm, and renewed focus.

A gentle yet powerful team experience of Forest Mind®, a Finnish method that combines nature connection, mindfulness, and positive psychology to nurture clarity, presence, and empathy.

This short journey invites participants to slow down, awaken the senses, and reflect — helping them realign with themselves and their team.

They will be guided through a series of exercises that will let them pause, increase their sense of presence and engage with feelings and thoughts in a Nature Based safe environment.

Through guided nature-based exercises — accessible both outdoors or virtually — participants reconnect with their inner resources and one another, leaving with renewed calm, cohesion, and purpose.

Format: Virtual or In-Person | Duration: 30–60 minutes

About the Host

With 14 years of corporate experience as a Business Analyst and Controller, I understand how results are measured — and how people are the real drivers behind them. Today, I combine my analytical mindset with experiential facilitation to help teams strengthen trust, improve communication, and align around a shared purpose. My sessions create safe and authentic spaces where people feel heard, connected, and engaged — turning collaboration into performance. I’m certified in Points of You® facilitation, trained in Forest Mind®, and a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
