Why should we lead with Wellbeing?
It’s a No-brainer (literally)
A Calmer mind will lead to motivation, improved concentration, effective performance and engaged and healthier employees all round. This workshop will fuse brain-based and cognitive wellbeing strategies in the every-day. Attendees will be guided through wellbeing tools, techniques and grow their self-awareness of the Stress hijackers.

What are my behavioural, emotional​​ and physical symptoms?
Recognise the Neuro-biology and the Cognitive thinking errors feeding Stress responses. Recognise how to kill the obstacles to your progress and well-being. I am now more aware of my own Stress triggers, my thoughts, symptoms and related behaviours.
Start to take control by leveraging the brain-based/cognitive strategies to manage and challenge Stress.

About the Host

Katie DaCosta, I'm a Senior Business Leader, Educator, Leadership development consultant and Career/Wellbeing Coach. With over 25 years in Senior Leadership positions, leading Learning, Organisational development, HR, Diversity & Inclusion/Culture and Leadership development across Technology organisations including Cisco Systems, ADP, Parexel as well as being a MIT Leadership workshop educator and facilitator. My goal is to make Leadership excellence, stress management and workplace wellbeing a priority! My work is delivered with a difference combining real world, and embedding brain - based and cognitive behavioural, stress and wellbeing strategies with a focus on developing more human leadership and helping people to manage the Stress and Overwhelm that Corporate naturally brings. Trained in Stress management, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching Therapy in Health and Wellbeing, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Myers Briggs (MBTI). Accredited with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and soon to be a Certified Brain Coach.​​ She loves the colour Purple, can eat Mayonnaise with everything, whilst playing the drums very badly!
