About the Host
After several years working in corporate settings, I found out that what really inspired and motivated me was my passion for movement. This is what brought me to become a Yoga and Pilates instructor, a Personal Trainer, a Mindfulness Educator and a Massage Therapist.

I’m not the stereotypical yoga instructor. Before stepping fully into the wellness world, I built a solid career in corporate environments, gaining years of international experience working and studying abroad. This background allows me to bridge performance, discipline, and wellbeing in a way that truly resonates with modern, high-pressure lifestyles.
I am a certified Yoga Instructor (including Yin Yoga, Pre/Post-Natal Yoga and Face Yoga), a Pilates Instructor (including Pre/Post-Natal Pilates), a Personal Trainer, a Mindfulness Educator, and a Massage Therapist, specializing in Bamboo Massage and Kobido Facial Massage. My approach combines structure and strategy with deep body awareness, helping people feel strong, focused, and balanced—both on and off the mat.
