About the Host

Sara helps teams and professionals relax, recharge, and unlock their creativity. With 15 years of corporate experience and a background in elite sports, she understands high-performance environments and how to balance focus with well-being. Her workshops combine mindfulness, breathwork, and hands-on activities such as painting, collage, and clay work, fostering connection, sensory awareness, and fresh perspectives.

Fluent in Dutch, English, French, and Hungarian, Sara brings cultural sensitivity and a versatile approach, creating warm, accessible, and energizing sessions for diverse teams and audiences.
