Description

I offer a Fit Yoga workshop that blends fluid yoga sequences with Pilates-inspired strengthening. Using supportive props, this practice helps you feel energised, strong, and mobile while working the whole body with a clear focus on functional strength.

The class is suitable for all levels and does not require flexibility or prior experience. While it’s not a cardio-based workout, you can expect to leave feeling more toned, balanced, and physically at ease.

We then shift into pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) to re-energise and calm the mind, supporting mental clarity, deeper breathing, and a greater sense of inner alignment. The session concludes with a guided meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to fully unwind.

About the Host

Sinziana is a yoga teacher with a strong focus on posture technique, strength building and body awareness. Her foundation is based in Ashtanga (300h), Hatha Vinyasa (200h) but also in Power Yoga (100h) while learning in schools in Barcelona and Bali. Besides the physical side of yoga she teaches the principles of pranayama (breathwork) and mindfulness. With over 15 years of experience in the physical activity and lifestyle mentoring, Sinziana has founded One Wellness Space, an agency based in Barcelona with a focus on educating corporations on wellbeing and work-life balance.

Client Requirements

If I give presentations I'd require a screen and a microphone but if it's yoga or meditation depending on the room size, etc should be ok without a mic, but sometimes if the room is larger, then a mic is necessary
