Workshop
Description
A guided breathwork experience designed to rapidly reduce stress, restore mental clarity, and support sustained performance.
Through a carefully structured sequence of breathing techniques, participants shift from cognitive overload into a more regulated, focused state — often within minutes. The session is particularly effective during intensive workdays, offsites, or as a transition between demanding sessions.
The experience unfolds in three phases:
- Arrival & grounding — a short guided practice to settle attention and bring awareness into the body
- Active breathwork — a sequence of controlled breathing patterns designed to release tension, increase oxygenation, and reset the nervous system
- Integration — a closing phase allowing the system to stabilise, supporting clarity, calm, and renewed focus
Participants remain seated or lying down throughout. No prior experience is required, and all techniques are accessible to a wide range of fitness levels and backgrounds.
The session is framed in clear, accessible language, drawing on evidence-informed breathwork practices without requiring any prior familiarity with mindfulness or similar approaches.
The result is a tangible shift in the room: reduced stress, increased presence, and a noticeable improvement in collective focus and energy.
Sessions available in English, French, and Spanish.

About the Host
I'm a facilitator, counsellor, and somatic practitioner with an unusual background: degrees from Sciences Po Grenoble, Mines ParisTech, and Tsinghua University, followed by a Master in Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy, certified Kundalini yoga teaching, breathwork facilitation, and, most recently, training in herbalism. That arc isn't accidental. It reflects what I've come to understand through my own experience and through working with people: that intellectual clarity alone rarely creates change. The body, the nervous system, and what happens beneath the surface are just as much part of the picture, often more so. This is what shapes how I work with groups. My sessions are grounded, practical, and free of jargon, but they go deeper than most. Whether I'm running a communication workshop, a breathwork session, or a movement practice, the intention is the same: to give people a real experience, not just a concept to take home. I work in English, French, and Spanish, and I'm based in Lisbon/Ericeira area, Portugal.
