Description

Duration: 45–75 minutes

Reset & Refocus is a guided, interactive outdoor experience designed to help individuals and teams step away from mental overload and return with greater clarity and focus.

This session is a shorter, more structured format inspired by forest bathing, adapted specifically for workplace settings. It blends gentle sensory practices with simple attention-training exercises to support mental reset without requiring prior experience with mindfulness.

Participants are guided through a sequence of short, accessible activities that may include:

  • Focused attention exercises using natural elements
  • Sensory resets to reduce mental fatigue
  • Slow, intentional movement to shift pace and awareness
  • Brief paired or small group reflections (optional)
  • Micro-pauses designed to restore attention and clarity

The session is interactive and experiential, while remaining grounded and accessible. There is no pressure to share or participate in any particular way.

Benefits

This experience is designed to support workplace performance and wellbeing in a practical, immediate way.

Participants can expect:

  • Reduced mental fatigue and cognitive overload
  • Improved focus and attention
  • A clearer, calmer state of mind
  • A reset from screen-heavy environments
  • Light, natural team interaction without forced engagement

What Makes This Unique

Unlike traditional wellness sessions that focus purely on relaxation, this experience is designed around attention and mental reset.

It offers a structured yet gentle way for teams to step out of high-stimulation environments and recalibrate their focus using nature as a tool. The session is intentionally paced and designed to be both restorative and practical, making it easy to integrate into a workday.

Drawing from my background in landscape architecture and counselling psychology, I design each session with an understanding of how environments influence mental states, and how small shifts in attention can create meaningful changes in how we feel and think.

About the Host

I am a forest bathing guide and facilitator, creating gentle, restorative spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, and come back to themselves through nature. With a background in landscape architecture and training in counselling psychology, my work sits at the intersection of environment and emotional wellbeing. I’m deeply interested in how the spaces around us shape our inner world, and how we relate to both nature and ourselves. My sessions are not about hiking or learning about nature in a technical way. Instead, they are an invitation to experience it. Through guided sensory practices, moments of stillness, and simple creative explorations, I encourage participants to move at their own pace and notice what naturally arises. I have facilitated sessions for diverse groups, including seniors, community organisations, and individuals seeking a pause from the demands of everyday life. My approach is calm, intuitive, and attuned. I hold space with care, allowing each person’s experience to unfold without pressure or expectation. At the heart of my work is a belief that nature is not something separate from us, but something we belong to. In reconnecting with it, we often find a softer, more grounded way of being with ourselves.
