Description

This guided group experience supports participants in shifting out of stress and into a calm, focused state using simple, science-informed body and breath practices. The session begins with a brief introduction to how stress affects the nervous system and attention, using clear, non-clinical language.

Participants are then guided through a sequence of accessible practices, including:

  • Gentle seated or standing movements to release physical tension from prolonged sitting

  • Breath-based techniques to support calm, steady focus

  • Guided awareness exercises to help the body and mind settle

The session closes with practical takeaways participants can use during the workday, such as resetting between meetings or managing moments of overwhelm. No mats, special clothing, or prior experience required. Chairs and limited space are easily accommodated.

What I offer:
Live facilitation, verbal guidance, simple demonstrations, and a calm, inclusive learning environment. All practices are optional and adaptable.

About the Host

Certified Yoga Therapist and mindfulness-based counsellor with over 20 years of experience supporting stress regulation, embodiment, and mental wellbeing. I work with individuals and groups to cultivate calm, clarity, and resilience in high-pressure professional and creative environments. My approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and accessible, making mindfulness and body-based practices practical for diverse, international audiences.

I am a registered Yoga Therapist with an active C-IAYT designation and over 2000 hours of yoga teacher training including: therapeutic, Hatha, Chair, Senior, Mindfulness, Meditation Master, MBSR, MBSR-EAT, Somatic Yoga
Diplomas & certificates in digestive health, nutrition, somatic counselling, trauma informed care
PhD-DNM, DHS, BSc.
