About the Host
An Art Therapist & Yoga Teacher with 10 years experience facilitating creative, expressive and mindful workshops across community, workplace and education settings. As a qualified Art Therapist and Yoga Teacher, I blend different tools to provide interactive, holistic and effective workshops to support wellbeing and self-expression. I enjoy working with themes of mindful-movement, nature and natural materials to promote increased connection with themselves, their bodies, amongst group members, and with the Earth.
