Description
The workshop explores how stress narrows perception — and how embodied practices can reopen imagination and perspective.
Part 1 — How stress shapes perception (15 min)
You explain in simple terms:
- When stressed, we see fewer options
- We become rigid, defensive, and reactive
- Creativity shrinks
Part 2 — Embodied shift (30–35 min)
Participants are guided through:
- Slow, mindful movement
- Breathwork that expands awareness
- A gentle visualization exercise about “zooming out” and seeing the bigger picture
Mental flexibility training in the making!
Part 3 — Creative reflection exercise (25 min)
Participants are invited to:
- Think of a work challenge
- Notice how their body feels about it, and how the situation translated into your inner narratives.
- Reimagine the situation from a new angle, through a signature story telling framework.
Part 4 — Takeaways (10 min)
- A “fresh eyes” breathing and mind reset method
- A short reflection practice participants can use individually and collectively in meetings
Benefits
- More flexible thinking
- Increased creativity
- Reduced mental rigidity
- Better problem-solving under stress
- Greater perspective and empathy
- Stronger sense of agency

About the Host
I am a facilitator and educator with many years of experience teaching yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Grounded in Eastern embodied traditions, I now bridge these practices with contemporary neuroscience and research on stress, the nervous system, and wellbeing.
Drawing on my background in cultural project management, education, and somatic practice, I design accessible workshops that translate both ancient wisdom and scientific insights into simple, practical tools for everyday work life.
My approach combines gentle embodied experience with evidence-based learning to support self-care, psychological safety, clearer communication, and sustainable performance. Participants leave with greater calm, focus, and confidence — and with practices they can immediately use at their desk, in meetings, or in moments of pressure.
Certifications & Credentials
Lifelong learner and upskiller, I received certifications in yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, cognitive and behavioral therapy, sophrology, and extensively trained in embodied leadership, stress management and emotional intelligence.
Past Clients
I worked on multiple group workshops and retreats and with psychologists from Aalborg Hospital wishing to include somatic and mindfulness to support their patients' recovery.
