Workshop

Description

Participants are guided through practical sleep-supporting practices designed to improve rest, recovery and overall wellbeing. The workshop combines sleep hygiene techniques, mindfulness, breathwork and nervous system regulation practices to help participants create healthier evening routines and improve sleep quality naturally. The session aends with a guided yoga nidra practice, a deeply restorative guided meditation practiced lying down, where participants are guided through breath and body awareness techniques to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and support better sleep.
